EMALLA Official Shop offers a 30-day return policy from the original invoice date on unopened, unused products purchased on our website.
Subjects to the terms below:
- To return products, you need to email us at support@emallatattoo.com for authorization and instructions. Returns received without this will not be accepted.
- All returns should be in “NEW” condition: have original packaging, returned with all accessories and in a resalable condition. In the event of missing accessories, EMALLA reserves the right to deduct that portion of the value from the refund.
- EMALLA does not accept returns for damages caused by customer responsibility after the customer has received the item.
